Indian Gas Market*

• Gross production of natural gas for the month of September 2025 (P) was 2860 MMSCM which
was lower by 3.9% compared with the corresponding month of the previous year.

• Total Import of LNG (Provisional) during the month of September 2025 (P) was 2819 MMSCM
(higher by 1.2% over the corresponding month of the previous year).

• Natural Gas available for Sale during September 2025 (P) was 5207 MMSCM (P) (decrease of 1.1%
over the corresponding month of the previous year).

• Total Gas Consumption Availability during September 2025 (P) was 5642 MMSCM (Provisional).
Major consumers were Fertilizer (28%), City Gas Distribution (CGD) (24%), Power (13%), Refinery
(8%) and Petrochemicals (6%).
